About Norah Jones

Jones cut her teeth as a member of Wax Poetic before her 2002 debut, which won five Grammy Awards in 2003 and producer Arif Mardin's imprint. Her second album Feels Like Home became the highest-selling release in Blue Note Records history, moving over a million copies in its first week and establishing her commercial reach. That success led to Not Too Late in 2007, which became the most pre-ordered album ever on Amazon.com at that time.

Her discography shifted approach with The Fall in 2009, then took a more experimental turn when Danger Mouse produced ...Little Broken Hearts in 2012. Jones and Danger Mouse co-wrote the material and handled most of the instrumental arrangements at his Los Angeles studio, building on their earlier collaboration with Daniele Luppi on the Rome project. Her catalog reflects this restless approach to production and arrangement.
