Todd started building a listener base through social media before gaining significant traction with the single Art House. His real breakthrough came through viral teasing of Roommates, which generated millions of views across multiple promotional videos and pushed his monthly listener count from thousands to over a million. He released two EPs, Demos Before Prom in 2022 and Shower Shoes in 2023, before consolidating his sound into a full project.
