Maisie Peters is a West Sussex singer-songwriter born in 2000 who builds her craft around intimate storytelling and piano-driven arrangements. Starting with bedroom uploads in 2015, she's evolved from indie-pop discovery to a major-label artist signed to Ed Sheeran's Gingerbread Man Records, with two albums and a growing touring presence across festivals and stadium supports.

Peters grew up writing under her mother's influence, entering competitions as a child before uploading originals to YouTube in 2015. Her 2017 single Place We Were Made, a stripped-down piano ballad, accumulated nearly 42 million Spotify plays and caught BBC Introducing's attention early the next year. This momentum led to an Atlantic Records deal and two EPs, Dressed Too Nice for a Jacket and It's Your Bed Babe, It's Your Funeral, with tracks like Feels Like This and Favourite Ex landing on Love Island in 2019.
In June 2021, Peters signed with Gingerbread Man Records and released her debut album You Signed Up for This that August, debuting at number 2 on the UK Albums Chart and topping independent record store sales that week. The album's first two singles, John Hughes Movie and Psycho, marked her first chart entries. Peters toured extensively through 2022 as opening act for Ed Sheeran's +–=÷x Tour, while releasing singles Cate's Brother, Blonde, Good Enough, and Not Another Rockstar. Her second album, The Good Witch, arrived in June 2023 as her self-described twisted breakup record, expanded with a deluxe edition in October featuring Record Store Day vinyl exclusives. Most recently, Peters announced her third studio album Florescence for May 2026, supported by the Before The Bloom Tour. The Groove Hunter currently tracks 5 editions of her vinyl releases, including Florescence and The Good Witch across standard and limited variants.
