About Kendrick Lamar

Born in Compton in 1987 to parents who migrated from Chicago, Lamar cut his teeth in the TDE ecosystem after signing in 2005, first releasing music as K.Dot before breaking through with Good Kid, M.A.A.D City in 2012.
