Born in Los Angeles in 2001, Eilish grew up surrounded by musicians and actors, homeschooled alongside her brother Finneas who would become her primary collaborator. She joined the LA Children's Choir at age eight, developing the distinctive vocal tone that defined her early work. Her breakthrough came with Ocean Eyes in 2016, a Finneas co-production that accumulated over 14 million online streams and spawned multiple remixes. The 2017 EP dont smile at me introduced tracks like COPYCAT and watch before her debut album WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? arrived in March 2019 via Interscope Records.
